Are you doing too much?
Why we quit new habits too soon
We’re already a couple of weeks into the year…
How are those resolutions going?
If you…
Want to start managing stress better, improving mobility and flexibility, and tone up
Are already falling out of the “honeymoon phase” with all the goals you set a few weeks ago
But you want this year to be different than last year (and all the years before it)...
Let’s talk about doing LESS.
Yes, less!
Studies show that DOIN’ THE MOST makes it much harder to stick to new habits.
It’s called “decision fatigue,” and it can be a REAL struggle.
So, how do you fight it?
By simplifying 🧘🏽♀️
Stop stressin’ over ALL the things you think you need to do and start asking:
✨ What extra steps can I cut out?
It can be as simple as:
💥 Focus on one key habit that matters most. Big results from small, consistent moves.
💥 Skip the extras—meal prep instead of cooking every night.
💥 Keep it short and sweet. Five minutes of yoga > no yoga.
The goal? Make it easy so you can STAY consistent.
And don’t get it twisted—doin’ less doesn’t make you lazy. It’s smart. It’s strategic. It’s how you put your energy where it actually counts.
So, if you’re already seeing signs of slipping on your New Year goals, maybe it’s time to try doing a little LESS.
