Hey, girl, heeeeyyyy! I’m Ashley… ✨
…a yoga instructor and wellness coach who blends mindfulness with a side of hip hop. I work with women 40 and up who feel overwhelmed, stressed, and stuck in a cycle of trying to get healthier but struggling to stay consistent. Through my programs, I help them build sustainable yoga and wellness habits that boost their energy, relieve stress, and fit seamlessly into their busy lives—all while having fun and feeling empowered in their bodies.
//a little more about me//
Hey! I’m Ashley. A former school teacher turned yoga instructor and wellness coach, mom of 2, dog mom of 2, a Libra sun, Libra rising, Aries moon, 6/2 Manifesting Generator, an empath, highly sensitive person, intuitive, and introvert.
If you know what all of that means, you’re probably my people.
In 2017, I became a yoga instructor and started a thing called 2B Yoga. The 2Bs stand for Bad Bitch. I believe there’s a Bad Bitch inside of each and every one of us and I found my inner Bad B somewhere between my yoga mat and the CrossFit gym.
2B Yoga started out as hip hop yoga on the 2nd floor of the Art for Arts Sake Building in downtown Winston-Salem. It has evolved into something a little different over time, but still has the impact that I intended for it to have —> showing women of color, curvy women, and the woman who is “not the average yogi” that yoga is for her too. That she deserves to take up space. That she deserves to be seen, heard, and understood.
I create safe spaces for women to show up and be themselves so they can heal. This is one of those spaces.
